CITY TAX:
- City tax is € 1,10 per person per day.

CHILD REDUCTION:
- sharing the room with their parents – up to 0 years of age: free of charge
- from 0 years of age: 50% discount
EXTRA SERVICES:
- Beach with beach umbrella and two sun loungers from € 30,00.
- Bikes for a Fee.
- Discount at the Golf Club for the Green Fee.
CONTRACT TERMS
- Check-in and Check-out: on arrival rooms will be available starting at 12.00. On departure day you should leave your room by 10.00. Ask us information about our “Late Check-out”, there may be an opportunity to enjoy an extra vacation day!
- Reservation: in order to finalize your reservation we require a written confirmation via mail, fax or email, in addition to a deposit of 30% of the total amount or the submission of credit card details (number and expiry date).
- Cancellation Policy:
we kindly ask you to make room cancellations firts by phone and then in writing (mail or fax).
– Up to 21 days before the start of your holiday we do not charge any cancellation fee. In case of deposit, a voucher will be issued.
– 20 to 7 days prior to arrival 30% of the total overnight stay price will be charged.
– 6 days and less or in case of early departure or late arrival 75% of the total overnight stay will be charged (per person).
